How to get a Certificate of Attendance
Complete the event evaluation to provide feedback and claim your CME credits. Once the evaluation is completed, your certificate of attendance will automatically be sent by email.
In accordance with the guidelines of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), the completion of the event evaluation is prerequisite for obtaining a certificate of attendance.
How to get a Record of Attendance?
Fill in the session evaluation form for each session you attended and contact us at [email protected] in order to obtain a list of your attended sessions.

Is it possible to claim certificates for past congresses?
Claiming certificates for past congresses is possible if you had a valid registration for the respective event and completed the necessary evaluation form(s). Please note that Records of Attendance for congresses held before 2022 cannot be issued anymore.
